What were your initial goals coming in to Physio Logic?

I wanted to get back to feeling normal after my surgery and relieve pain from my sciatic. I wanted to get back to doing yoga, working out at the gym, and regain mobility for even the simplest motions. Dr. Robert Graham had been my doctor for about 7 years. I followed him when he began working at Physio Logic. He’s a great doctor. I’ve been to a lot of doctors throughout my life, no one comes close to the level of care that I receive from Dr. Graham. I enjoy being in a place that offers an integrative approach to health.

What was the one thing you liked most about Physio Logic?

When you walk into Physio Logic it doesn’t feel like a doctor’s office. Everything looks nice. Everyone is friendly. The practitioners provide a great service. I’ve never been in a place like this before. I really love the environment that’s been created here.

What are the top three benefits from coming to Physio Logic??

1. Acupuncture and chiropractic care with Dr. Allison Heffron helped me immensely. This was my first time trying out acupuncture. I had no idea what to expect. Dr. Heffron took the time to explain everything to me. She really cares and listens to me. She’s helped eliminate pain from my sciatica. 2. Everything offered at Physio Logic works together. I came in for physical therapy, chiropractic care, acupuncture, massage therapy, and integrative medicine. The entire team knew about my case, and they all worked together to make me feel better. 3. I love coming to Physio Logic. It almost feels like an escape from everyday life. I feel comfortable here. I always feel good after my appointments.

Would you recommend the services at Physio Logic to anyone?

Yes. Working with Dr. Rachel Tavel & Dr. Klaus Dobra was great. They knew my limitations physically, and would listen to me anytime something would hurt to modify the exercise. It was very customized to my needs. They created a treatment plan that made sense to me. All the sessions were one-on-one. I really enjoyed doing the physical activity. The pain from my sciatica really limited me with the kinds of motions and exercise I could do on my own. The team at Physio Logic really eased my frustrations with my lack of mobility, so that was great. I really enjoyed the Pilates-based approach. In fact, I’ve been coming in for Pilates classes as well. Where else can you do Pilates at a doctor’s office? I absolutely recommend Physio Logic.
