Pilates for Cyclists Workshop – Upper East Side

Whether you ride indoor or outdoors, Pilates can improve your cycling workout by bringing balance to your routine. In this 90-minutes workshop we will discuss the benefits of cycling, you’ll learn about the mechanics of riding and how it effects your muscles and posture – on and off the bike. You will leave with a set of Pilates exercises to strengthen and stretch your body geared to help any level of cyclist get more comfort and build endurance in the saddle!
Please arrive 10 minutes before the workshop start time. Wear comfortable athletic clothes. This workshop is appropriate for all levels.
