Live Group Classes Information

All of our classes are currently offered online using ZOOM. You will need to go to www.zoom.us to set up a free ZOOM account and download the ZOOM software/app to participate.

Registration

You will then need to sign up for the live class – scroll down for our class schedule. Please note:

  • Registration will close 20 minutes before class. 15 minutes before each class, we will email you a link to participate.
  • Please make sure your email is listed in your MINDBODY profile and you are opted into receiving emails. The link will come from pilates@physiologicnyc.com

Getting Ready for your VirtuaLogicTM Live Class

Here are some tips to prepare and set up for your online class:

  • For Pilates sessions, a thicker mat is recommended since there is a lot of spinal articulation that won’t feel great on a thin yoga mat. We like this mat. If you’re using a yoga mat, consider placing it over a carpet, rug or a blanket.
  • Choose a spot for your mat where there is room to stretch your arms in all directions, and a strong WiFi/data signal.
  • Light: more! ; surrounding noise: less…
  • Place your camera about 12 feet away from your mat. Most of your session will be done either lying down or in kneeling height, so try to make sure the frame catches that view so the teacher can see you properly.
