We designed our group class curriculum in levels with progressions. Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced is not simply defined by your technical execution of the repertoire. Use our class descriptions as a tool to self evaluate which classes would be appropriate for your body on daily/weekly basis.
Beginners: Core Foundations (Mat) | Reformer Core (Reformer). Beginners classes are appropriate for students of all levels. First-timers and beginner students will receive solid theoretical and practical foundation in Pilates and movement principles.
Intermediate: Unwind/Rewind (Mat/Reformer) | Reformer JUMP (Reformer). Our signature Pilates classes. Full-body workouts targeting all muscle groups and all ranges of motion. You will leave each class feeling stronger, longer and more agile.
Advanced: Get Technical (Reformer) | Get Physical (Reformer). Advanced classes for experienced movers. These classes are more demanding – either in the level of Pilates technique or in pace and intensity of exercises.
