Dr. Carson Judkins, DPT
Dr. Carson Judkins earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Ithaca College, where she also completed her B.S. in Clinical Health Studies, a minor in French, and a concentration in Mind, Body, and Spirit. There, Carson promoted wellness across campus as an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, cycling instructor, and teacher of yoga and meditation.
Carson completed her 200-hour Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Training in Costa Rica through Soma Yoga Institute. She loves how yoga allows her to feel grounded and more in-tune with herself and the world around her. Carson is passionate about integrating principles of postural alignment, breathwork, and mindful movement gleaned from her yoga practice and training into her practice as a physical therapist.
Carson has developed a special interest in pelvic floor rehabilitation and is excited to incorporate these skills into her treatment of the whole self. Her mission is to guide her patients to a greater understanding and awareness of their bodies and movement patterns, and to teach them the tools they need to live a continually healthier and happier life.
Carson caught a travel bug after spending a semester studying abroad in Aix-en-Provence, France followed by a semester in Gold Coast, Australia. She loves to spend her spare time traveling, is an avid music & arts festival-goer, and enjoys all forms of being active outdoors – hiking, biking, running, skiing, kayaking, surfing…you name it!
