Kelly attended Brooklyn College as a dance major with a minor in health and science. She continued her education at the Swedish Institute and graduated with honors in December 2000. She is certified in cranio-sacral therapy, pre and post-natal massage and continues her education with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She has been working as a licensed massage therapist since January 2001, specializing in pre and post-surgical rehabilitation and sports massage.
Kelly uses a combination of therapeutic techniques such as, active and passive myofascial release, trigger point therapy and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation to treat specific areas of the body to restore muscle tissue and enhance athletic performance.
Kelly has had the opportunity to work with orthopedic surgeons, chiropractors, physical therapists and athletic trainers throughout her career.
