Meal Prep & Planning is part of our Health Coaching program because we all know that we “should” be eating healthy, but it’s the implementation that is the hardest. This section of the coaching process focuses on making healthy habits a routine, so that your actions align with your goals. Samantha Wineke, Functional Health Coach works with clients to:
