Pilates Instructor
Stefanie started practicing Pilates as a form of cross-training during her years as a competitive tennis player. The benefits to her game, body, and mind motivated her to explore Pilates further even after she stopped competing. Last year she moved to New York after living in Asia for over five years and completed her training through the BASI Pilates Method.
She loves the balance and precision found in every Pilates exercise and is excited to share with students and fellow movers the joy and benefits of a consistent movement practice.
