I have had PT for different reasons off and on for years. Always went to Rudy. His Physiologic location is extremely nice. Spacious, clean, peaceful, excellent staff - from reception to Insurance assistance to service delivery. I only have good things to say about Physiologic. It combines many services under one roof that one might need for an injury or chronic condition, which means I don't have to shop around for different practitioners. I had PT with Dr. "Rachel", and I can say, thanks to her, in a matter of a few weeks I went from painful walking (I had a hip issue) to being pain free. I still do exercises at home. I also received therapeutic massage which revealed some issues I did not know existed - now I can address those proactively. It is reassuring to know there is a place I can go to for immediate attention should old injuries rear their heads again. I highly recommend Physiologic to anyone considering Therapeutic care.

I have been a client at this studio for 6 years, and I love it. It is a gorgeous space that brings in elements from the historical and the modern in a space that makes one feel just happy being there. As far as the staff and teachers, they are all excellent. Focused on tailoring all sessions to the person in front of them, this studio is used by people of all ages and abilities. The teachers are from many different training programs and backgrounds, so you have a great variety to look for someone who is a great match. Lastly, but very important, the owned, Lynda is always there and watching over things (she herself is a etcher trainer for BASI the teacher trainer program that uses this studio as a training site). Lynda's husband runs an integrative health and sports medicine practice at the same location that is very convenient and helpful when NYC life or life in general causes the occasional aches and pains. I cannot say enough about the wonderful talented group Lynda has cultivated and the space she provides. Group classes or individual lessons- this studio will provide a lot of value in your life. It is a haven in a hectic city!

Physio Logic as a whole is a stellar place to rehabilitate and everyone regardless of the practice exude a world-class patient|client service. I've been going to PL since Q4-2016 for a slip and fall work injury and it has been like a second home as I continued to work on recovery. Treatments are customized to your needs and from your first day to your last, they place such a high value on your recovery while elevating your overall well-being.
This was definitely executed in my case. My physical therapist, Dr. Rachel who’s been my therapist at PL for almost a year studied the benefits of Pilates for injury rehab and much of the movement in my treatment was Pilates based so it was a fluid transition to Pilates when I finished my last round of PT for my hips. Dr. Rachel has paired me and recommended Daron as she's a great fit for me given my injuries. Daron is highly experienced and exceptionally knowledgeable with body mechanics and injury prevention.
One of the many things I’m appreciative of PL is their integrative approach and that all practices truly uphold their philosophy. Everyone who will work with your wellness would have access to your history and can easily follow up with your previous providers within the facility so your recovery is cohesive and effective. Dr. Rachel spoke to Daron prior to transitioning to Pilates for our 1:1 sessions. With that access, Daron was able to tailor the focus of our sessions to strengthen and stabilize the areas worked on from my PT and equipped me throughout our time together empowerment for overall mind-body care. I’m grateful for her positive reinforcement every session while continuing to challenge me so that I can get stronger holistically despite the injuries.
I highly recommend PL Pilates movement, Daron, Dr. Rachel and the whole PL facility. Everyone from both sides of the practice value one’s overall wellness from start to finish. That is a rarity and should be a standard.
