What were your initial goals coming in to Physio Logic?
I was suffering from a stiff neck that was very painful. I wanted to figure out what was causing my neck pain as well as my lower back pain. A co-worker of mine had gone to Physio Logic before and told me of her experience there. I figured I’d give it a try.

I saw Dr. Stephen Szaro at Physio Logic for my initial evaluation. I felt like he really listened to how I was feeling. He did some range of motion tests with me and was able to pinpoint the causes of my pain. Dr. Szaro was very good at explaining and helping me visualize the muscles and other parts of the body at play that was responsible for causing the dysfunction. I’ll be honest, I was very skeptical of chiropractors before my experience at Physio Logic. Now that I have experience chiropractic care first hand I can say that I believe in the process. It has opened me up to new approaches to handle my problems.

What was the one thing you liked most about Physio Logic?
I like how friendly the staff is here. Everyone is focused on solving my problem in a realistic and manageable way. The demands on my time doing the exercises and coming in for care were very reasonable. It was a great balance of chiropractic care visits and home exercises. I found the self-care to be more helpful the more I learned from the rehab tech of what exercises I need to do to strengthen certain muscle groups. The location is very convenient to get to from work. Overall it is a very pleasant office to visit weekly.

  1. What are the top three benefits from coming to Physio Logic??
I can now turn my head without pain. I’ve increased my mobility, and I’m in way less pain than when I first started.
  2. Better understand of body mechanics and exercises to help strengthen my body.
  3. A number of little things that I can do to improve my posture and avoid pain.
