What were your initial goals coming into Physio Logic? What conditions/injuries did you treated for at Physio Logic?

One of the biggest goals I had coming into Physio Logic was being able to enjoy walking again. I suffer from osteoarthritis in both my knees and have tightness all in my lower legs making it very painful to walk, especially when it came to walking down a flight of stairs. My knees’ condition started about 20 years ago and over time it worsened. I decided to take a stand and change the way I was living my life. I signed up to a gym and go twice a week now. My trainer Jon Stock recommended I check out Physio Logic for physical therapy and chiropractic, and now I come here twice a week as well.

What have you learned since starting your journey here at Physio Logic?

That I can get better. That my body, with the proper guidance and supervision can heal itself to a degree that makes me more mobile. I used to go to a different chiropractor, but that was only once a week, and I didn’t really have any relief for the rest of the time I was out on my own. Physio Logic has the most comprehensive approach to getting better. I’ve been given exercises to do back at home that have improved my posture and strengthened my muscles to help with my knees.

What was your favorite part of being our patient?

You have a very pleasant staff. Everyone knows what they’re doing here, and I love coming into such a great environment. Coming here has been very helpful with me achieving my goals. I’m on a full on campaign to get health. With the combination of the training I’m getting at the gym and the treatment I’m getting here at Physio Logic, I’m feeling so much better. You guys have given me a big cohesive plan to follow, and I know I’ll get the results I want in the next few months.

Who stood out to you the most during your treatment at Physio Logic? How did they help you reach your goals?

Everyone is my favorite! I really enjoy working with the chiropractors, physical therapists, and Michelle (clinical nutritionist). The nutritional element really helps a lot. I’m a big fan of your holistic approach.

What activities are you able to return to since transitioning from pain to wellness?

Walking has improved tremendously for me. Pain level has dropped and has hugely improved with me being able to walk longer distances. Walking downstairs is still a challenge for me, but I’m getting stronger. I know that the treatment I’m receiving here is working very well. I have nothing but good things to say about Physio Logic!
