What were your initial goals coming in to Physio Logic?

Came in to get my chronic back pain checked out and treated. Back pain has been something I have had to deal with for a long time, I had to get surgery done. I’ve been to physical therapy clinics before in the past, so I thought I knew what to expect at Physio Logic. I got a lot more than what I was anticipating, which was a very pleasant surprise. I originally came in for chiropractic care and ended up trying out acupuncture as well. I was having issues with my stomach and migraines, and Dr. Stephen recommended that I see Dr. Allison for acupuncture. It’s been working great so far. I may even start nutrition with Michelle Miller soon as well. I came in for my back pain and ended up with a whole lot more. This place offers the whole package!

What have you learned since starting your journey here at Physio Logic?

The chiropractors are very good listeners and communicators. I made a lot of progress with Dr. Mike, Dr. Allison, Dr. Ken, and Dr. Stephen. I learned how neck and back pain develops and what I can do to prevent it. I learned a bunch about spinal health. Diane is awesome to work with and has shown me so many useful exercises to strengthen my weaker muscle groups to improve my posture.

What was your favorite part about being a patient at Physio Logic?

The care works. I was paid close attention to. Everyone listens to my needs and concerns. I don’t feel like services are being pushed on me. The front desk was very flexible with my appointments.

Who stood out to you the most during your treatment at Physio Logic?

Everyone stood out for different reasons. Dr. Mike’s manual therapy was excellent. He really listens to what I have to say, and focuses on that. Dr. Stephen was the best at manipulation. He doesn’t sugar coat his advice. He’s very firm about what I need to do to get the results I want. Dr. Allison was amazing at explaining acupuncture. She knows so much. Diane, the rehab tech, was cool to work with and explaining the workouts I needed to do.

Would you recommend Physio Logic to anyone else?

I did already. I am always recommending people come check out Physio Logic, even if they aren’t injured or in terrible pain. There’s so much you can do to prevent these conditions ahead of time. People shouldn’t wait until something feels really bad. For me, the top three benefits that I got out of Physio Logic were 1. Learning more about the holistic view of health, and practicing it. 2. Pain relief. 3. Long term positive effects on my health.
