What were your initial goals coming in to Physio Logic?
I was suffering from chronic back pain for months. I found Physio Logic while searching online. I live very close to Downtown Brooklyn, so it was convenient for me to get to. You guys gave a great first impression when I first came in for a consultation. It was like love at first sight. The space was very modern and clean. I felt comfortable here. I loved the integrated approach. Dr. Hassan was the first doctor I saw at Physio Logic. He prescribed chiropractic care for me. My initial exam was with Dr. Stephen, which went very well.
What have you learned since starting your journey here at Physio Logic?
I learned that I have been walking incorrectly for years. I had poor posture. I became more conscious of everything I do to change my old habits. I learned so many exercises from the chiropractors and Diane, the rehab tech. Although the modifications were subtle and seemed very small, they made a big impact and very noticeable change.
What was your favorite part about being a patient at Physio Logic?
I felt better after the first few session of coming in for care. Everyone here is a pleasure to work with. Norman, the office dog, is a real treat. My only complaint about Physio Logic is that I don’t see Norman enough. He really knows how to lighten everyone’s mood.
The top three benefits I’ve gotten from Physio Logic are:
- The treatments work. I feel much better and I am virtually pain free.
- Overall less pain.
- The new exercises have become new habits that I practice everyday, and I’m seeing/feeling the results.
Who stood out to you the most during your treatment at Physio Logic?
I really like Diane. She reminds me of my daughter. Always cheerful and very good at pointing out the mistakes when I’m learning exercises without being condescending. She knows her stuff! Dr. Stephen is very personable and knows how to explain the treatments he’s performing on me very well. He’s very professional and a genuine person. Dr. Allison, Dr. Mike, and Dr. Ken were all great to work with as well. Friendliness is contagious here.
Would you recommend Physio Logic to anyone else?
Oh, definitely. I already have. Physio Logic has a very attractive team. Quality care, professionalism, I mean, I could have gone somewhere else much cheaper and save some money, but this place is more than worth the cost.
