What were your initial goals coming in to Physio Logic?
I was having pain in my right leg. I suspect that it was being caused by my lower back. I have been training for the upcoming marathon, and wanted to learn exactly what was causing the pain and to fix it to prevent an injury. The care that I’ve gotten from Dr. Mike, Dr. Stephen, Dr. Ken, and Dr. Allison has definitely helped me stay in working order. I’m 73 years old, so I can’t afford to ignore any pain before the race. I also saw Dr. Amanda, Dr. Sarah, and Dr. Klaus for physical therapy.
What have you learned since starting your journey here at Physio Logic?
I learned that part of the problem of where my leg pain was originating from was the curvature of my spine and some arthritis in my lower back. This has made me more aware of my body’s limitations, but the team at Physio Logic is making sure that I’m working at my very best.
What was your favorite part about being a patient at Physio Logic?
I’m very impressed with Physio Logic. There’s no waiting time when you come into the office, you’re seen right away by your doctor. It’s very professional and pleasant, and they provided the right treatment plan that I needed as a runner. They provide top notch care. At first, I wasn’t sure about seeing a different practitioner every visit, but I soon learned that every was great and offered very good insight. I especially liked the integrated approach. In one visit I would see a chiropractor, a physical therapist, and a massage therapist. The massage therapy is a great feature. The physical therapists were great in showing me what I needed to do with my body exercise wise, and the chiropractor’s adjustments provided very good results.
What were the top three benefits that you felt you received from getting care at Physio Logic?
1. My body feels more aligned.
2. The muscle work I received from the massage therapists has helped my body feel less tense and more relaxed.
3. I have a better sense of how to move and how to take care of my body.
Would you recommend Physio Logic to anyone else?
Yes, and I have to many of my friends and family members.
