What were your initial goals coming in to Physio Logic?
Originally I came in for back pain treatment and pain relief after getting back surgery. I was treated with physical therapy, acupuncture, and chiropractic care. The Physio Logic team was able to relieve my pain and give me a number of exercises to help me continue strengthening my back muscles.
I worked extensively with Dr. Erin Weber, DPT and Dr. Allison Heffron, DC, L.Ac.
Eventually I signed up for the 3 month FRESH Integrative Medicine Program to see Dr. Robert Graham, Michelle Miller, and Julie Graham. It’s been a great program so far. It gives me some accountability, I’ve tried different health programs in the past, but I never stay motivated enough to see it all the way through. It has helped me jump-start my life to develop better habits. I’ve never had a health coach before, so working with Julie has been a different experience. She takes a look at my strengths and weaknesses, and helps me work to improve myself.
What have you learned since starting your journey here at Physio Logic?
Eating better and learning to prioritize to do the right thing. There are no quick solutions to health. The body takes time to heal. It’s definitely a process, but I feel much better and know that these changes will benefit me in the long run. I also learn a lot about my biology from the different tests and labs that I’ve taken for the 3 month FRESH program. Michelle was able to explain everything to me in a way that I can understand.
What was your favorite part about being a patient at Physio Logic?
Working with the FRESH team and all the other practitioners. I love how everyone on the team talks to each other and understands my case well. I can talk to any of the practitioners here and they’ll know where I am at with my progress. They’ve all been great at giving me different feedback and giving me guidance on what I should be working on. I can’t say I have a favorite practitioner, but I can say that I think it’s a well put together ensemble of professionals.
What are the top three benefits from coming to Physio Logic??
1. Strong body to help with my back. 2. Better nutrition and better eating habits. 3. Overall feeling better and lighter.
